• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to navigate basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Maintains customer files and records for trust accounts.
• Record keeping in Cheetah accounting system; manage openings/closures/changes.
• Post transactions in Cheetah accounting system per accounting rules.
• Assist administrators with reporting and documentation.
• Prepare and organize document imaging.
• Complete period-end reconciliations.
• Engage with the community and bank customers face-to-face.
