You will manage a team, establish policies, and drive process improvements in a heavily regulated environment.

The role requires deep fiduciary knowledge, leadership, and the ability to deliver accurate reporting and client-focused service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day trust and wealth operations including account administration, asset management, onboarding and fiduciary reporting.
• Develop and implement operational policies and workflows to ensure efficient trust administration.
• Monitor service delivery standards and ensure timely completion of trust activities and tax reporting.
• Manage trust accounting, reconciliations and fiduciary reporting.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance client service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trust and wealth operations including account administration, asset management and onboarding.
• Develop and implement policies and workflows for efficient trust administration.
• Monitor KPIs and report on performance, service levels and productivity.
• Maintain trust accounting, reconciliations and financial reporting for fiduciary accounts.
