First National Bank (FNBO) in Omaha seeks a Senior Manager, Trust Operations to oversee all fiduciary services and trust administration. You will lead a team, ensure compliant, high-quality delivery, and partner with Compliance and Legal to manage regulatory expectations.

The role requires deep fiduciary knowledge, 7–10 years in trust operations, and a track record of improving efficiency and risk controls. Onsite work with opportunities to influence enterprise governance and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in trust operations, fiduciary services, or related field.
• 3–5 years of people management experience.
• CTOP or similar professional certification is desired.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day trust and wealth operations including account administration, asset management, onboarding and reporting.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows for trust administration.
• Monitor service delivery standards and ensure timely trust activities and reporting.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance client service delivery.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams on fiduciary matters.
