Responsibilities

• Review customer orders and supporting documentation to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Process customer bills and verify carrier invoices, charges and payment information.
• Maintain accuracy within billing systems by entering, validating and updating critical financial data.
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific billing requirements and documentation standards.
• Partner with operations and other departments to investigate and resolve invoicing discrepancies.
• Manage and organize documentation by properly indexing and categorizing records within internal systems.
• Communicate with carriers and internal stakeholders to support smooth billing operations and exceptional customer service.

About the Role

As a Truckload Billing Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely billing of customer freight shipments. This position is responsible for reviewing financial and operational data, validating documentation, and processing invoices for both customers and carriers. You will become an expert in our transportation management system while partnering with carriers, operations teams, and internal stakeholders to support efficient billing processes. What You'll Do
