Job summary

Sunset Transportation in St. Louis is seeking an Operations Support professional to manage daily freight dispatch, build and manage loads in our software, and support high levels of customer and carrier service while tracking shipments.

You will develop carrier relationships, ensure on-time pickup and delivery, and collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced, family-owned environment that values ownership, accountability, and clear communication.

In the Operations Support role, you will manage daily functions that are vital to our continued success, including, but not limited to, dispatching freight, managing and building loads in company software, supporting high levels of customer and carrier support, and tracking and tracing shipments.
