Job summary

Forward Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Trucking Operations Supervisor to oversee daily transportation activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant movement of freight.

You will supervise staff, monitor performance, and coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, safety, and customer service to maintain high service levels. Requirements include 2–5 years in trucking/logistics operations, knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills required to supervise trucking operations.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and transportation operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with TMS and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily trucking operations, including routing, scheduling, load planning, and driver assignments.
• Monitor on-time pickups and deliveries and ensure service commitments are met.
• Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, safety, compliance, and customer service teams.
• Review discrepancies and operational issues and take corrective actions.
• Support customer satisfaction through effective leadership and communication.
