Job summary

You will train employees on safety, monitor loading/unloading, and maintain housekeeping. Strong communication and leadership are essential to meet customer expectations and company goals.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in supervision or leadership roles is preferred.
• Working knowledge of AS400 and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift or section in a service center to meet safety, quality and efficiency standards.
• Monitor and train staff on safety processes and proper lifting techniques.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries to optimize utilization and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to align daily and long‑term objectives.
• Provide feedback and guidance to employees on productivity metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct shift meetings and communicate schedules to the team.
