Job summary

Rodriguez is hiring a CDL-A Regional Flex Driver to support dedicated operations with travel. Earn guaranteed weekly pay and an average of $120,000 per year, plus a quarterly loyalty bonus, paid holidays, and a mix of reefer and no-touch freight.

You’ll be on assignment for 3–4 weeks at a time, with one day off for each week worked. Hotels are provided for 34‑hour resets, sleeper use is available during resets, and the schedule is flexible to cover 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
• Must be at least 22 years old
• No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in past 3 years
• Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements
• Able to read and speak English sufficiently for safety and duties

Pay Details

• Average Weekly Pay: $2,300
• $1,575 weekly minimum guarantee when working from the home terminal
• $2,000 weekly minimum guarantee when assigned to other dedicated operations
• $0.01 per mile quarterly loyalty bonus
