Job summary

Trucking Group UTAH seeks a CDL-A Regional Flex Driver for travel across dedicated operations. You’ll earn guaranteed weekly pay, travel with a home terminal or other assignments, and receive a quarterly loyalty bonus with holidays and PTO.

Expect 3–4 weeks out, with hotel stays and sleeper use during resets. Requirements include a valid CDL-A, at least 9 months’ tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, and the ability to read and speak English for safety.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 22 years old and meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for safety and job duties.

Responsibilities

• Regional flex position supporting dedicated operations.
• Grocery and other freight assignments.
• Out 3-4 weeks at a time with one day off per week worked.
• Hotel provided for 34-hour resets; sleeper use available during resets.
• Must be flexible to support 24/7 operations.

CDL-A Regional Flex Driver – Good Pay + Loyalty Bonus | Travel

Earn guaranteed weekly pay while traveling to support dedicated operations as needed. Drivers average $120,000 per year with a quarterly loyalty bonus, paid holidays, and a mix of reefer and no-touch freight.

Pay Details

• Average Weekly Pay: $2,300
• $1,575 weekly minimum guarantee when working from the home terminal
• $2,000 weekly minimum guarantee when assigned to other dedicated operations
• $0.01 per mile quarterly loyalty bonus

Job Requirements

• Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements

Equipment

• Late-model day cabs or sleeper trucks, depending on assignment
