Job summary

Trucking Group UTAH is seeking a CDL-A Regional Flex Driver to support dedicated operations across travel routes. Earn guaranteed weekly pay with a high annual earning potential and a quarterly loyalty bonus; routes include grocery and other freight with a mix of reefer and no-touch freight.

Roles involve 3-4 weeks out, one day off per week, hotel provided for resets, and 34-hour resets. Must be at least 22, with 9 months experience, valid CDL, and DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience in past 3 years
• Must be at least 22 years old
• No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in past 3 years
• Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for safety and job duties

Responsibilities

• Grocery and other freight assignments
• Out 3-4 weeks at a time with one day off for each week worked
• Hotel provided for 34-hour resets while away
• Sleeper use available during resets

CDL-A Regional Flex Driver – Good Pay + Loyalty Bonus | Travel

Earn guaranteed weekly pay while traveling to support dedicated operations as needed. Drivers average $120,000 per year with a quarterly loyalty bonus, paid holidays, and a mix of reefer and no-touch freight.

Pay Details

• Average Weekly Pay: $2,300
• $1,575 weekly minimum guarantee when working from the home terminal
• $2,000 weekly minimum guarantee when assigned to other dedicated operations
• $0.01 per mile quarterly loyalty bonus
