Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Regional Flex Driver to travel and support dedicated operations. You will earn guaranteed weekly pay, with an average around $120,000 per year, plus a quarterly loyalty bonus and paid holidays.

Expect 3–4 weeks out at a time, with one day off for each week worked. Hotel stays are provided for 34-hour resets, and sleeper use is available during resets. Must meet DOT requirements and be able to read and speak English for safety.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 22 years old.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable accident in the past 3 years.
• Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for safety and job duties.

Earn guaranteed weekly pay while traveling to support dedicated operations as needed. Drivers average $120,000 per year with a quarterly loyalty bonus, paid holidays, and a mix of reefer and no-touch freight.

Pay Details

• Average Annual Pay: $120,000
• Average Weekly Pay: $2,350
• $1,575 weekly minimum guarantee when working from the home terminal
• $2,000 weekly minimum guarantee when assigned to other dedicated operations
• $0.01 per mile quarterly loyalty bonus
