Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Regional Flex Driver to support dedicated operations with regional travel. You will handle grocery and other freight on a 3–4 week cycle with time off and a hotel provided during resets.

Average pay is about $120,000 per year, with a weekly minimum guaranteed range of $1,575–$2,350 depending on assignment, plus a quarterly loyalty bonus and paid holidays. DOT requirements and a minimum of 9 months tractor-trailer experience apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 22 years old.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years.
• Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for safety and job duties.

Responsibilities

• Regional flex position supporting dedicated operations.
• Grocery and other freight assignments.
• Out 3-4 weeks at a time, with one day off per week worked.
• Hotel provided for 34-hour resets while away; sleeper use available during resets.
• Must be flexible to support 24/7 operations.

Earn guaranteed weekly pay while traveling to support dedicated operations as needed. Drivers average $120,000 per year with a quarterly loyalty bonus, paid holidays, and a mix of reefer and no-touch freight.

Pay Details

• Average Annual Pay: $120,000

• $1,575 weekly minimum guarantee when working from the home terminal
• $2,000 weekly minimum guarantee when assigned to other dedicated operations
• $0.01 per mile quarterly loyalty bonus
