Job summary

Continental Corporation in Boston seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive replacement market tire sales for commercial trucks and trailers. You will act as a trusted advisor on Continental products, services, and new technologies, while growing accounts and developing dealer and fleet relationships.

The role emphasizes touring customer sites, home-office work, and a strong bonus program. Travel is significant and the company vehicle is provided; remote work options exist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of sales experience OR high school degree and 3+ years related sales experience.
• 1+ years of experience in tire, automotive, technology, or other industry with consultative sales skills or 2+ years of Military employment.
• Valid driver's license with responsible driving record.
• Ability to travel heavily within the sales territory by vehicle.
• Ability to comply with physical demands (lifting, walking, etc.).
• Legal authorization to work in the US (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow existing accounts and solicit new business by executing our sales strategy.
• Build strong relationships with customers in territory during site visits and calls.
• Develop and maintain sales activity at key regional fleets and dealers.
• Motivate customers by offering high performance products, technology solutions, and product expertise.
• Own the launch process of new products and services for integration into the product line.
• Monitor progress and adjust strategy via market analysis and forecasting.
• Resolve operational and administrative issues and prepare reports for management.
