Job summary

Continental is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in the New England region, focusing on replacement tires for commercial trucks and trailers. The role emphasizes consultative sales, technology integration, and building trusted customer relationships across dealers and fleets.

You will be part of a large US field team with around 85 Territory Sales Representatives, reporting through district and regional managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of sales experience OR high school degree and 3+ years related sales experience
• 1+ years of sales experience in tire, automotive, technology, or similar; 2+ years in Military also acceptable
• Valid driver's license and responsible driving record
• Ability to travel heavily within the sales territory by vehicle
• Legal authorization to work in the US; no visa sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow existing accounts and solicit new business by executing our sales strategy
• Build a strong and trusting relationship with customers in territory during visits and calls
• Develop and maintain sales activity at key regional fleets and dealers
• Motivate customers by offering high-performance products and technology solutions
• Own the launch process of new products and services for integration into the product line
• Monitor progress and adjust strategy via market analysis and forecasting
• Resolve operational and administrative issues and prepare routine and special reports
