Job summary

Continental is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Denver, CO area to grow our truck tires replacement market. You will provide consultative guidance on Continental products, cultivate dealer and fleet relationships, and drive sales with new technology introductions.

The role emphasizes field visits, remote work from a home office, and travel to customer sites. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of sales experience or a high school diploma with 3+ years of related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of sales experience or high school degree and 3+ years related sales experience.
• 1+ years of experience in tire, automotive, technology, or military sales experience (2+ years in Military employment).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Travel up to 25% required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow existing accounts and solicit new business by executing our sales strategy.
• Build a strong and trusting relationship with customers in territory during site visits and calls.
• Develop and maintain sales activity at key regional fleets and dealers.
• Motivate customers by offering high performance products and technology solutions.
• Own the launch process of new products and services for successful integration into the product line.
• Monitor progress and adjust strategy via market analysis and forecasting.
• Resolve operational and administrative issues and prepare routine and special reports.
