Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of shop repair and troubleshooting experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• GED or High School diploma.
• Must be proficient with computers (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Well-organized, thoughtful, and self-motivated with good people skills.
• Ability to work 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday; occasional extra hours.
• Steady employment history.
• Excellent customer service skills and interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; CDL Class B preferred; forklift license within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and prioritize all work in the assigned area.
• Provide quotes for jobs and review work orders for billing.
• Maintain proactive customer communications.
• Ensure shop safety practices and compliance with policies.
• Model company values and collaborate with internal/external resources.
• Assist with provisioning SIMS reports and warranty information.
• Advise Manager on machinery and tooling needs including pricing and availability.
