You will support the General Manager in marketing and operations, guiding troubleshooting and repairs of heavy-duty trucks and trailers in a professional, guest-focused manner.

• Lead the Truck Service team to meet performance standards and customer service goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-quality technicians and staff.
• Coach and performance manage staff according to company policy.
• Assist in leading technicians through troubleshooting and repair of heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure availability of products and services.
