Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading the Marketing and Operations of the Truck Service department. You will help guide technicians through troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heavy‑duty trucks and trailers, while fostering a professional and accommodating work environment.

You will recruit, hire, train, and retain top team members, coach staff to meet standards, ensure safety, and strive to achieve revenue

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience in convenience store, truck service, travel center or related business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Valid driver's license.
