Job summary

TravelCenters of America seeks a Truck Service Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading marketing and operations for the Truck Service department. You will guide technicians through troubleshooting and repair of heavy-duty trucks and trailers, while ensuring excellent customer service and a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience in truck service or travel center preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to lead technicians through troubleshooting and repair processes.
