TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor (TSA) to deliver first-rate service with extensive product knowledge. You will write work orders, process OTC transactions, and secure purchase orders while communicating quotes to customers.

The TSA will source parts, prepare quotes, and coordinate delivery across TA locations. A high school diploma, cashier/customer service experience, and flexibility are required, with professional conduct and teamwork valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience.
• Experience in repair or parts shop preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Write, detail, and process (pay out) Work Orders and OTC transactions; prepare ETA Work Order; secure Purchase Orders and communicate quotes to customers.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end of shift drop and shift report; understand various payment types.
• Ensure the cleanliness of service counters, showroom, and customer restrooms.
• Maintain the safety of both customers and team members.
