TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor (TSA) to join our nationwide team. You will write Work Orders, process OTC transactions, secure Purchase Orders, and communicate quotes while assisting customers and sourcing parts.

We value strong suggestive selling, professional conduct, and reliable hours. A valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are required; prior cashier or customer service experience is a plus.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience; repair or parts shop experience preferred.
• Strong suggestive selling skills.
• Presents self in a professional manner to customers, management, and coworkers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• A valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Write, detail, and process (pay out) Work Orders and OTC transactions; Properly write up an ETA Work Order; Secure Purchase Orders, Prepare and communicate quotes to customer.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end of shift drop and shift report; Understand various payment types.
• Ensure the cleanliness of service counters, showroom, and customer restrooms.
• Maintain the safety of both our customers and team members.
