Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor (TSA) to provide first-rate service with knowledge of the products and services we offer. You will write work orders, handle OTC transactions, and secure purchase orders while ensuring travelers return to the road better than they came.

Responsibilities include detailing quotes, sourcing parts from vendors, preparing shift reports, and maintaining clean counters and showroom.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience; repair/parts shop experience is a plus.
• Professional appearance when interacting with customers and coworkers.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions.
• Prepare ETA Work Orders, secure Purchase Orders, and communicate quotes to customers.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end of shift drop and shift report; handle payment types.
• Maintain cleanliness of service counters, showroom, and restrooms.
• Ensure the safety of customers and team members.
