Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience; repair or parts shop experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and conduct around customers, management and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions; secure purchase orders and communicate quotes to customers.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end-of-shift drop and shift report; understand various payment types.
• Ensure cleanliness of service counters, showroom, and customer restrooms.
• Maintain the safety of customers and team members.
