TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor (TSA) to provide first-rate service at our travel centers. You will write work orders, process OTC transactions, and handle quotes while ensuring customers return to the road better than they came.

The role involves parts sourcing, vendor coordination, and upselling services with a professional demeanor. The TSA will maintain a clean, safe service area and work closely with the team to meet customer expectations, including nights,

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and cashier operations.
• Experience in repair or parts shop is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions; prepare quotes for customers.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Secure Purchase Orders and communicate estimates to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of service counters and showroom.
• Ensure safety of customers and team members.
• Prepare end-of-shift drop and shift reports.
• Assist in upselling products and services to customers.
