TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to join our nationwide network of travel centers. You will write work orders, handle OTC transactions, and coordinate parts and quotes to keep travelers on the road safely and quickly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience; experience in repair or parts shop preferred.
• A valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions; secure purchase orders, prepare and communicate quotes.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end of shift drop and shift report; understand various payment types.
• Maintain cleanliness of service counters, showroom, and customer restrooms.
• Maintain the safety of both customers and team members.
