TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to deliver top-tier service at our TA Truck Service locations. You will write and process Work Orders and OTC transactions, while handling quotes and securing purchase orders to keep customers on the road.

You will source parts, coordinate deliveries, and maintain clean service areas. A positive, professional demeanor, solid communication, and a willingness to work flexible hours are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience preferred, repair/parts shop background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions.
• Secure Purchase Orders and prepare quotes for customers.
• Coordinate parts sourcing from outside vendors and arrange delivery.
• Maintain clean and organized service counters and showrooms.
• Ensure safety of customers and team members and handle various payment types.
