TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to join our TA Truck Service team. You will handle work orders, OTC transactions, and quotes while providing high-quality service to travelers and fleet customers.

You will need strong communication, basic computer skills, and prior cashier or customer service experience. A valid driver’s license and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience; repair or parts shop experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions.
• Secure Purchase Orders and prepare quotes for customers.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of service counters and restrooms.
• Ensure safety of customers and team members.
