Job summary

TravelCenters of America is hiring a Truck Service Advisor (TSA) to provide first-rate service, write work orders, and handle OTC transactions at our extensive network of travel centers. You’ll use product knowledge to upsell services, coordinate parts delivery, and ensure a safe, clean service area while supporting customers on the road.

The TSA role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and prior cashier or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle OTC transactions and write work orders.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process work orders and OTC transactions.
• Secure purchase orders, prepare quotes for customers, and communicate ETA.
• Source parts from vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain showroom, counters, and customer restrooms; ensure safety.
