Job summary

TravelCenters of America is hiring a Truck Service Advisor (TSA) to provide first-rate service by leveraging product and service knowledge. The TSA writes work orders, handles OTC transactions, prepares quotes, and coordinates parts delivery to get travelers back on the road efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and prior cashier/customer service experience; repair or parts shop exposure is a plus. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience.
• Experience in repair or parts shop preferred.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions.
• Prepare ETA Work Orders and secure Purchase Orders.
• Prepare quotes and communicate them to customers.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain clean and organized service counters and showroom.
• Ensure safety of customers and team members.

Education
