Job summary

TravelCenters of America’s Truck Service team is seeking a Truck Service Advisor (TSA) to deliver first-rate service, write work orders, manage OTC transactions, and quote to customers. You will source parts, coordinate deliveries, and ensure safe, clean counters while maintaining high service standards.

A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required, with flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays. Join a growing network with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous cashier and customer service experience; experience in repair or parts shop preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process (pay out) Work Orders and OTC transactions; Properly write up an ETA Work Order; Secure Purchase Orders, Prepare and communicate quotes to customer.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end of shift drop and shift report; Understand various payment types.
• Ensure the cleanliness of service counters, showroom, and customer restrooms.
• Maintain the safety of both our customers and team members.
