Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to provide high-level service to customers, write work orders, and manage OTC transactions. You will also quote repairs, coordinate part deliveries, and maintain a clean service counter area at our Indiana locations.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous cashier and customer service experience; experience in repair or parts shop preferred.
• Ability to write work orders and process OTC transactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions.
• Prepare quotes and coordinate with customers.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain clean service counters and showroom.
