Job summary

TravelCenters of America seeks a Truck Service Advisor to deliver high-quality service to customers, write and process work orders, and handle OTC transactions while ensuring customers return to the road better than they came.

You will work in a fast-paced environment across TA Truck Service locations, leveraging product knowledge and strong selling skills. Evening and weekend hours may be required, with opportunities for advancement and training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Cashier and customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in repair or parts shop preferred.
• Professional appearance and strong integrity.
• Strong suggestive selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process work orders and OTC transactions.
• Prepare ETA work orders, secure purchase orders, and quote customers.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end-of-shift drop and shift report; handle payments.
• Maintain clean service counters, showroom, and restrooms.
• Ensure safety of customers and team members.
