Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience.
• Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude & ability to understand technical knowledge.
• Conducts oneself in a professional manner.
• Team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer.
• Self motivated with good written & verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage all incoming work, communicate repair needs and costs.
• Greet customers; collect vehicle and customer information for repairs and invoicing.
• Write up vehicle issues clearly; attach OEM questionnaires to the Repair Order (RO).
• Consult with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives.
• Inform customers about service outcomes, potential cost savings, and warranty protections.
• Manage service center scheduling and workflow; inform customers of changes.
