Job summary

Cumberland International Trucks of FL, LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking a bright Service Advisor to join our service team. You will handle customer intake, communicate repairs and costs, and relay information to technicians while updating customers on repair status.

This role requires at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a dealership setting, with mechanical aptitude and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Dealership service advisor experience is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand technical knowledge.
• Professional demeanor and teamwork.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and route all incoming work and communicate with customers and internal departments.
• Greet customers and collect vehicle information for repairs and invoicing.
• Write up vehicle issues and maintenance needs and attach OEM questionnaires to the RO.
• Consult with technicians about repairs and cost-saving alternatives.
• Manage scheduling and workflow of the service center.
• Close repair orders and obtain customer signatures.
