Wallwork Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor to be the main contact between customers and our service department. You will communicate service needs, coordinate repairs with technicians, and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.

Starting pay is $60-65K per year. Ideal candidates have strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with computers and learning service-related systems
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to providing a great customer experience
• Ability to successfully complete a background check, and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Listen to customer concerns and gather information about service and repair needs
• Create repair orders, estimates, and repair quotes
• Schedule service appointments and help manage the daily shop workflow
• Communicate repair needs, costs, and timelines with customers
• Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles
• Coordinate with technicians and the service team to help keep repairs moving efficiently
• Communicate final information with customers
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Build strong relationships with customers and help create a positive service experience
• Work as part of a team to provide timely, high-quality service
