Kriete Truck Centers is seeking a Service Advisor to manage service counter operations and repair orders from start to finish, ensuring profitability while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires effective communication, ability to handle fast-paced environments, and commitment to safety and quality workmanship. CDL is a plus, valid driver's license required, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required; Service Advisor experience is preferred.
• Warranty processing experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and strong written/verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to walk, lift up to 50 pounds, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate with customers to determine their needs and enter data into the dealer management system.
• Maintain a customer-focused and friendly attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Relay initial diagnoses, provide competitive estimates, and secure approvals.
• Communicate repair status updates to customers and coordinate with technicians.
• Build strong relationships with customers and act as liaison between Service Department and customers.
• Monitor recall and warranty information and process warranty repairs.
• Invoice and close out repair orders with accuracy and alignment to estimates.
