Job summary

Wallwork Truck Center in Billings, MT seeks a Service Advisor to join our team. Starting pay is $60-65K per year. You’ll be the key contact between customers and our service department, helping communicate service needs and coordinating repairs with technicians.

You’ll greet customers, gather repair information, create repair orders and quotes, schedule service, and keep clients informed about costs and timelines throughout the repair process. Wallwork Inc.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive/diesel or customer service preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with computers and service-related systems.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and focused on delivering a great customer experience.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.

• Create repair orders, estimates, and repair quotes.
• Schedule service appointments and manage daily shop workflow.
