Job summary

Vanguard Truck Centers in Charlotte, NC seeks a Service Advisor to join our service department and drive customer satisfaction. You will initiate repairs using our uptime center process, communicate estimates and statuses, and help grow service sales through upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

2 years of Service Advisor experience required.
Heavy duty truck experience preferred.
ASE Certifications.
Manufacturer Training.
Valid Driver's License.
Ability to meet insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

Exercise Vanguard established processes and procedures.
Initiate customer repair using the Certified Uptime Center process (JPRO).
Monitor customer repair process from initiation to close.
Manage customer communication including relaying initial diagnosis, estimates, repair approvals and timely status updates.
Drive service sales by capitalizing on upsell opportunities.
Review Repair Order prior to close and notifying customer to ensure accuracy and time and price alignment.
Communicate awareness of the Customer Experience Management survey (CEM).
Attend daily review of open repair orders with Service Manager.
