Job summary

Vanguard Truck Centers LLC is seeking a Service Advisor for our Cahokia Heights, IL facility. You will manage repairs from initiation to close, communicate diagnoses and estimates, and help drive service sales through upsell opportunities.

A strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and teamwork is required. Qualifications include 2+ years as a Service Advisor, heavy duty truck experience preferred, ASE certifications, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Service Advisor experience required.
• Heavy duty truck experience preferred.
• ASE Certifications and Manufacturer Training are preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage customer repair using the Center process.
• Communicate diagnosis, estimates, approvals and status updates.
• Drive service sales by upsell opportunities.
• Review Repair Order for accuracy, time and price alignment.
• Participate in department meetings and maintain customer service standards.
