TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to deliver excellent customer service across 280+ locations. You’ll write and process work orders, handle OTC transactions, and coordinate parts with vendors.

Strong product knowledge and suggestive selling help drive revenue while maintaining safe, clean service areas. You’ll need a high school diploma or GED, good communication skills, and a valid driver's license, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Previous cashier and customer service experience preferred
• Strong suggestive selling skills and professional demeanor
• Good verbal and written communication abilities
• Basic computer skills and ability to handle various payment types
• Valid driver’s license and flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions; prepare and communicate quotes
• Secure Purchase Orders and coordinate parts delivery from vendors
• Provide first-rate service with extensive product knowledge
• Conduct pay-out of Work Orders and OTC transactions
• Maintain clean service counters, showroom, and restrooms
• Ensure safety of customers and team members
