Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience is preferred.
• Professional appearance and customer-facing etiquette.
• Strong suggestive selling skills with the ability to influence customers.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process work orders and OTC transactions.
• Provide first-rate service with extensive product knowledge.
• Handle quotes, secure purchase orders, and communicate ETA work orders.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of service counters and ensure safety of customers and staff.
