Job summary

Allegiance Trucks, LLC is seeking a Service Advisor to manage shop workflow, communicate with customers about service timelines, and coordinate parts availability. The role supports a busy service department at multiple locations in the Northeast, with emphasis on accuracy in describing repair work and progress.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and customer focused, with problem-solving skills and basic computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
• Customer focused with strong communication.
• Ability to solve complex problems.
• Computer savvy.
• Familiarity with auto and trucking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing the shop's workflow and schedule.
• Calling customers to advise them about service changes or delivery times.
• Coordinate with service team about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed.
• Prepare repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services require
• Check on progress of repairs throughout the day.
• Handle telephone inquiries regarding inbound work and work in process.
• Review repair orders to ensure that work is completed.
• Assist with other projects as needed
