Job summary

Allegiance Truck Centers is seeking a Service Advisor to manage shop workflow, communicate service updates to customers, and coordinate parts and repairs. You will prepare repair orders, monitor progress, and support the service team to ensure timely completion.

The role requires strong organization, customer focus, and problem-solving ability, with preference for familiarity with auto and trucking. Competitive starting pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced service environment.
• Computer savvy and comfortable with automotive software.
• Familiarity with auto and trucking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the shop's workflow and schedule.
• Call customers to advise about service changes or delivery times.
• Coordinate with service team about parts ordering and availability.
• Prepare repair orders with symptoms, problems, and required repairs.
• Check progress of repairs throughout the day.
• Handle telephone inquiries regarding inbound work and in process.
• Review repair orders to ensure completion.
• Assist with other projects as needed.
