Allegiance Trucks, LLC is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing dealership network in Bridgeport, AL. You will manage shop workflow, communicate updates to customers, coordinate parts, and prepare repair orders with clear descriptions. The role requires detail orientation, strong problem-solving, and customer focus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
• Customer focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Computer savvy; familiarity with auto and trucking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing the shop's workflow and schedule.
• Calling customers to advise them about service changes or delivery times.
• Coordinate with service team about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed.
• Prepare repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required.
• Check on progress of repairs throughout the day.
• Handle telephone inquiries regarding inbound work and work in process.
• Review repair orders to ensure that work is completed.
• Assist with other projects as needed
