Job summary

Enstructure is seeking a Truck Scale Administrator to manage day-to-day truck scale operations, ensure accurate weight measurements, and process transactions with excellent customer service. The role supports terminal operations and compliance with applicable regulations.

Responsibilities include weighing inbound/outbound vehicles, maintaining logs, coordinating with dispatch and warehouse teams, and assisting with audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, or scale operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of weight regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scale management systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor truck scale systems to accurately weigh inbound and outbound vehicles.
• Record, verify, and process weight tickets and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal weight regulations.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and system records.
• Coordinate closely with dispatch, warehouse, yard, and operations teams to ensure efficient workflow.
• Provide professional and courteous service to truck drivers, vendors, and internal personnel.
• Process cash, credit, and billing transactions, as applicable.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor system or equipment issues; escalate maintenance needs as required.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the scale house and surrounding area.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and inventory reconciliation as needed.
• Provide operational support during vessel activities as required.
