Job summary

Weaver Popcorn Bulk, LLC is seeking a Scalehouse Operator to manage inbound and outbound truck scale operations and maintain accurate documentation of weights, shipments, and inventory transactions.

You will serve as the main contact for drivers, customers, and operations staff while ensuring efficient traffic flow and compliance with safety standards. Data entry, ERP usage, and attention to detail are essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in scalehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, transportation, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong data entry and computer skills, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck scale systems and accurately record inbound and outbound weights.
• Verify load information, shipping documents, purchase orders, and delivery tickets.
• Enter and maintain data within ERP, inventory, and scale software systems.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, dispatch, and warehouse teams regarding shipments and deliveries.
• Direct truck drivers to loading and unloading locations.
• Generate scale tickets, bills of lading, and other shipping documentation.
• Monitor inventory movements and report discrepancies or issues to management.
• Answer phones, assist customers and drivers, and provide general administrative support.
• Maintain organized records and filing systems for shipments and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Physical Requirements
