Qualificações

• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scale management systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor truck scale systems to accurately weigh inbound and outbound vehicles.
• Record, verify, and process weight tickets and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal weight regulations.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and system records.
• Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, yard, and operations teams for efficient workflow.
• Provide courteous service to drivers, vendors, and internal staff.
• Process cash, credit, and billing transactions as applicable.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor system or equipment issues; escalate maintenance as needed.
• Maintain scale house cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and inventory reconciliation as needed.
• Provide operational support during vessel activities as required.
