Job summary

Interfor Corporation is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (Truck) to coordinate transportation and logistics for North America operations. You will ensure on-time delivery of customer orders across the U.S.

and Canada, working with internal teams and carriers to resolve issues. Ideal candidates have a degree in logistics or related field, at least 3 years of freight logistics experience, and proficiency with TMS, ERP, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of freight logistics experience.
• Experience with TMS, ERP and MS Office.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Highly organized with multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation capacity to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and carriers to resolve shipment issues.
• Support freight rate management and cost optimization.
• Maintain logistics data, rates, carrier information and ERP updates.
• Process freight invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
