Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide (EFW) is seeking a Coordinator, North American Operations, to evaluate pricing and transportation options, ensuring exceptional customer service for North American clients. You will work with internal teams and vendors to optimize routes and manage shipping documentation.

Responsibilities include on-time service, issue resolution, and detailed shipment documentation. A 1–3 year logistics background and ability to work flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (or equivalent) and 1–3 years in transportation/logistics.
• Experience with Dangerous Goods/HAZ-MAT certification desired.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no sponsorship for this position.
• Drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate pricing and transport options to provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate with customers and vendors; resolve issues and maintain relationships.
• Document shipments with trace notes and TSA/DOT documentation.
• Maintain on-time service and monitor shipments; escalate when needed.
• Be available for 24-hour on-call rotation as requested by management.
