Job summary

Interfor in Peachtree City, Georgia, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (Truck) to coordinate transportation and freight planning across North America. You will ensure on-time delivery, collaborate with carriers, and maintain ERP records.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of freight logistics experience (we welcome candidates with varying levels of relevant experience, compensation will be aligned with the successful candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience).
• Comfortable using TMS, ERP and MS Office.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach, ableto build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, carriers, andtransportation partners.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analyticaland problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation capacity to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders and support freight planning activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and transportation providers to resolve shipment issues, delays, and equipment availability challenges.
• Support freight rate management, transportation cost optimization, and sales quoting activities.
• Maintain logistics data and system records, including freight rates, carrier information, customer shipping details, and ERP updates.
• Process freight invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, and help drive continuous improvements in delivery performance and customerservice.
